TweetDeck and multiple twitter accounts, scheduling

A social sitter's delight, a tool to help you manage multiple twitter accounts and schedule posts, aquired by Twitter and now offered for free for everyone. Its called TweetDeck and you can have it as a desktop application in Windows and OSX, a Google Chrome extension or use it as a web application via its website.

It looks like a nuclear submarine's gauge board really, but its quite simple. You add your twitter accounts and authorize them for your tweetdeck account and then you can add columns one-by-one for either the timeline, interactions and messages for each of those accounts. Then, you can post to any of those at the same time or send a message or schedule your tweets, which is really great.

In TweetDeck, you can schedule a large number of tweets, we haven't found a limit of tweets but the important thing is that it works. We've scheduled quite a few and we saw them on our twitter account when the time came. 

For a lot of twitter account managers, it tends to be a pain when they need to be on top of the social network every day and almost all day, to see what is going on, log in and out all the time to move between various accounts. TweetDeck will solve that problem of yours easy and fast. 

Its not a great practice, scheduling your tweets. But there can be a few tweets within your strategy, which you can schedule. Most of your tweets should be posted in a timely manner and this mostly done via watching what is going on and then tweeting our info too. Time is critical for twitter engagement.
